This Privacy Policy describes how BioNurture PLLC ("BioNurture," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information collected through our public website and other non-clinical digital experiences (the "Platform").
Important: If you become a BioNurture patient, most information we create or receive in connection with your care is Protected Health Information ("PHI") regulated by HIPAA and the BioNurture Notice of Privacy Practices ("NPP"). This Privacy Policy primarily addresses information that is not PHI (for example, website analytics data or pre-intake inquiries).
We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain Platform features.
BioNurture does not sell PHI. If BioNurture engages in any activity that constitutes a "sale" of personal data under applicable state privacy laws (with respect to non-PHI), BioNurture will provide any required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
Depending on your state of residence and the nature of the information at issue, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal data, and to opt out of certain processing (such as targeted advertising) as defined by applicable law. BioNurture will honor applicable rights for non-PHI information as required.
To submit a privacy request, email contact@bionurture.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may require identity verification and additional information to process your request.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information we collect. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain non-PHI information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, for security, or for legitimate business needs.
The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Platform. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when we do.
