Cancer can feel like it comes out of nowhere. It doesn’t have to.
Physician-led oncology and hematology guidance designed to help you better understand the changes in your health.
Schedule a Consultation— Why BioNurture Exists
Most people only meet an oncologist after a diagnosis
By then, meaningful changes may have already been unfolding for years.
The healthcare system was built to respond to cancer, not anticipate it.
BioNurture was built for everything that happens before that moment, and everything that comes after.
— Human + Science

Designed to work alongside your care team
A specialist layer of support that helps you navigate decisions with greater confidence.
I worked inside the system and saw what was missing.
When you are navigating cancer risk, recovering from treatment, or living with unanswered questions about your blood health, the physician you need is one who has spent years inside the most advanced cancer medicine in the world. Not observing it. Practicing it.
Dr. Arisha Patel is a triple board-certified Medical Oncologist, Hematologist, and Internist with a decade of clinical practice treating patients, administering chemotherapy, and guiding families through the full arc of cancer and blood disease. She trained at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, served as faculty at Stanford, and went on to Genentech, a Roche company, where she worked globally to help bring breakthrough cancer therapies to patients who needed them most.
She has seen what the system does well. She has also seen what it consistently misses: the signals present in the blood and biology years before a diagnosis, the survivors discharged without a roadmap, and the patients whose questions never reach a specialist with the depth to answer them.
BioNurture was built for those patients. It is a specialist-led practice offering longitudinal care, ongoing blood oversight, and biomarker monitoring for the years before uncertainty becomes a crisis and for the years after treatment ends.
If you are looking for an oncologist who will stay with you, who knows your history, tracks your signals, and gives you clarity rather than more uncertainty, this practice was built for you.

-
Yes. All visits are conducted on a HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform from wherever you are.
-
Our flagship region is Dallas-Fort Worth, with South Florida opening next and additional states to follow. We can see you in any state where we are licensed.
-
You can apply for membership directly or be referred by your physician. A BioNavigator will be in touch to learn about your situation and guide you to the right pathway.
-
Our hematology care covers iron deficiency and anemia (including coordination of IV iron infusions), hemochromatosis testing and management, abnormal CBC findings, leukocytosis, thrombocytopenia and thrombocytosis, blood clots and anticoagulation management, ongoing blood thinner management and pre-procedure clearance, polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET), MGUS, CLL, and other conditions appropriate for longitudinal telemedicine care.
-
Yes. We work with individuals at elevated risk due to family history, hereditary syndromes such as BRCA or Lynch, prior abnormal findings, or significant lifestyle and environmental exposures. Care includes risk assessment, surveillance planning, biomarker monitoring, and coordination of advanced screening.
-
If you are receiving infusion chemotherapy, a traditional oncology practice with infusion and hospital capabilities is better suited for that phase. We accept patients on oral cancer therapies on a case-by-case basis, and we are well positioned to support you before treatment or once active treatment is complete.
-
Yes. We work alongside your existing care team and coordinate with them throughout.

BioNurture itself is a direct-pay membership practice and provides superbills you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many of the labs, imaging studies, and infusions we order are delivered through partner vendors that bill your insurance directly.
